The Hon Arthur Sinodinos AO is Partner and Chair of TAG’s Australia Practice, a leading expert in Australian public policy and politics. He brings extensive experience from both public and private sectors, including roles in national security, industry innovation, economic policy, and banking. As Australian Ambassador to the United States, he played a key role in negotiations related to AUKUS, the Quad, and the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework. Previously, he served as Australia’s Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, and was a Senator for New South Wales. He has held numerous influential positions, including Senior Economic Adviser and Chief of Staff to Prime Minister John Howard. He worked with Goldman Sachs JBWere, National Australia Bank, and held various corporate roles. In 2008, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia, and in 2019, a Distinguished Fellow of the Australia & New Zealand School of Government.
