The world, post-Covid, has witnessed significant geopolitical shifts resulting in conflicts where even NATO countries are at odds. A paradigm shift is in high gear to move from complex hardware designs to more software centric capabilities, utilizing commercial off-the-shelf products. As disruptive companies begin to win market share, bringing new capabilities to the war fighters at the speed-of-conflict, traditional prime contractors are rethinking their approach while governments embrace the private sector to meet ever changing demands in technology.

Before joining Analog Devices, Carl was Director of International Business Development at Airbus (EADS NA), and Communications and Power Industries (CPI) as their Director of Tactical Antenna Group having worked on programs such as Global Hawk NATO AGS, ANKA, FireScout and Shadow supporting various MODs worldwide.
