Patrick will be presenting on the German Federal Agency for Disruptive Innvoation or short SPRIND. SPRIND is a one of a kind organization created by the German government in 2019 to invest in the translation and development of products and protoypes, where the caveat is that it has to be high risk, have a high likelihood of failure and no immediate commercial viability. From its home in Leipzig, SPRIND searches the world for the most innovative of ideas. Patrick will provide a brief history of its 5 year existence and some examples of its investments.
